Dog's Prestige At a New High
After 30 months of war the prestige of the dog in America reaches a new high per a Gaines Dog Research Center report. Dogs serve as sentry attack messenger scout and Red Cross workers in war and at home provide morale support and protection for families facing absence of men in service. An estimated 15 million dogs are in American homes today and 42 percent of America’s households own a dog.
