The notice states Torna & Co. filed a partition suit in the Court of Common Pleas, Preble County, against A B Carrull of Indiana. It references a May 1850 mortgage to Clinton Chadwick for 50000, a lien on property in Camden Ohio, prior mortgages, and a June 1852 judgment for 555 17 with interest, plus attachment proceedings and a February 1800 date log with expected sale of property.
