Washington June 25 Opposing the administration plan to keep Congress in session this summer Representative Ashbrook of Ohio circulated a petition in the House asking the rules committee not to report any more special rules for now. One hundred and twenty five Democrats have signed. If favored, the prohibition amendment and other measures would be sidelined for the session. Protesters propose after the appropriation and conservation bills pass the House recess for three days at a time until the tariff is passed, allowing constituents to tend district duties.

He was drinking and injured at the foot of a stair leading to the third floor, carried down and dropped on the steps by Mrs Angle who claims Halion's fall caused the injuries. Mrs Angle is a divorced woman.
