Doorn Holland April 11 Former Empress Augustus Victoria of Germany died at 6 oclock this morning at Doorn after a long illness. She fell gravely ill during her return to Doorn from Amerongen last year and had been in fragile health since. Her death occurred as former Emperor William and Prince Adelbert were at her bedside. Her son Prince Joachim had died by suicide last July, a tragedy kept from her during her illness.
