Harding Elected By Sweeping Majority

President-elect Warren G. Harding wins in a Republican landslide with about 376 electoral votes pledged and large wins in many states. In Ohio, Harding leads Cox 183 to 102 in Dalton precinct with 291 votes. Sugar Creek shows an 86 vote margin for Harding. Wayne County votes over 1,000 for Harding and several county offices go Republican.

Dies From Pneumonia In Dundee Area Farm Home

Mrs. Susan Itskin 78, recent resident on the James Stinson farm southeast of town, died Monday from pneumonia. Survived by her husband gravely ill and four children Ralph Itskin of North Dakota, Mrs. Bradley of Dundee, M. S. Itskin of Canton, and Mrs. Grace Graber of Dundee. Funeral services set at noon with interment in Dundee, Ohio.

Obituary of Dowell A. Arnold of Dalton and Wellsville

Dowell A. Arnold born near Dalton Ohio July 28 1887 died October 26 1920 while working as a brakesman on Penna lines at Wellsville Ohio He served 34 years in the coast artillery and 18 months overseas in World War I He joined the United Presbyterian Church at fourteen and left behind his parents seven sisters and several Akron and Youngstown relatives in a note of tribute the Railroad Trainmen Brotherhood held him in high esteem.
