Farm Class Commencement at Dalton High School
On Monday May 8 the Dalton Young Men’s Farming Club held its commencement at the high school. Principal speaker was Mr D W Gatehouse with talks by Prof W H Wolf Carl Buchwalter and Raymond Wilson. The cast performs the 3 act comedy The Antics of Andrew next Tuesday May 16 at the Dalton High School Auditorium. The play features Andrew Browne and a large supporting lineup with Dorothy Thomas Irene DeHoff Roy Eschliman and Clarence Douglas among others. Proceeds benefit the local Grange.

Dedication of Kidron School Electrification Lights Evening
A 225 strong crowd attended a Kidron school dedication program last Thursday for the first use of the new electric lighting system. Pupils performed songs and sketches with outside numbers. Adrian Amstutz gave a dedicatory address urging loyalty, cooperation, service and character. Net proceeds were 28.70, contributing toward the 37.60 installation cost. future uses by organizations may incur a 50 fee.

Arm Pierced By Broken Glass In Auto Crash
Mrs. W. I. T. Tschantz of Dalton suffered a deep arm wound when a jagged window pane pierced her right arm during an automobile collision on the Lincoln highway near East Union. The accident occurred Friday morning as the Tschantzes headed to Wooster in rain. Dr. W. W. Chiles treated the wound and stitched the deep laceration.
