Schwartz Family Reunion Holds Second Annual Gathering
The Schwartz reunion met at the Schwartz homestead on June 19, 1920 drawing about 160 members. A noon feast featured baskets laid out on a long table. Officers elected for the next year were C. B. Geiser president, Daniel Kratzer vice president, Kate Smith secretary treasurer, Elmer Beyler cor secretary, and D. C. Schwartz historian. A reunion was set for August 13, 1921 at the same location.
