East Greenville Man Drowns in Deep Pool Sunday
Grover Kimmel, 26, of near East Greenville, drowned in a pool on Roy Oberlin farm south of East Greenville Sunday afternoon. He could not swim as the water dropped to about 20 feet. Companions David Jones and Herbert Seahart tried to help. body recovered about 6 pm with massillon fire department aid. Funeral held Tuesday morning. interment planned at Jewett.

Automobile Crash East of Town Injures Two Cars
An eastbound Studebaker collided with a Ford roadster at the foot of Rudy hill east of town Sunday evening. Clyde Camp and Martin Tyrrell, occupants of the Ford, escaped unharmed while both cars were wrecked and towed to Dalton Garage for repairs.
