The funeral for Miss Elsie Fletcher who died February 13 1916 after a year of illness was held Tuesday from the North Buckeye street home. The service, led by Rev W H Bryenton, honored her blameless life and faith in Jesus. She leaves a father a brother and four sisters and many out of town relatives and friends.

Death Follows Operation for Miss Dunbar in Canton
Miss Martha Ann Dunbar aged 21 of North Lawrence died after an appendectomy at Aultman Hospital Canton. The operation was successful but a ruptured artery caused serious condition lead to death Sunday morning. She leaves father two half brothers and one half sister grandmother Mrs Ann Dunbar and had been living with her grandmother since infancy. Funeral was held at North Lawrence at the Methodist church with Rev Gruber officiating.

Woman Injured In Power Tool Accident In Navarre
Mrs. Wilson Linerode of Navarre lost all fingers on her right hand after a glove caught in the knives of a power driven feed chopper Friday. She was operating the machine when the accident occurred.
Creston Butchers Struck by Looters and Shootings
Two weeks ago thieves blew the safe at Noah Schlegel and son in Creston securing about 50 dollars. Early Saturday thieves shot two cattle at the Schlegel slaughterhouse and left them dead. No crew were present.
