Sugar Creek trustees hear claim over two sheep killed by dogs
Sugar Creek township trustees met February 1 with Russell Hasseman presenting a claim for two sheep killed by dogs. Witnesses Guy Snyder and Luke C. Rhodes supported the claim, which was sent to county commissioners for disposal. Snow prompted an order for an extra snow plow blade. The sermon The New Law will be preached at the Presbyterian church Sunday from Galatians chapter five. The adult choir, directed by Mrs. John Glamner and accompanied by Sommer, will sing the anthem. CYF meets Sunday at 1 30 p m at the church then travels to the state hospital. The pastor departs for a week of study in Washington DC.

PTA Plans Founders Day Celebration on February 17
The PTA will host Founder's Day on February 17 with a smorgasbord dinner in the high school cafeteria. Service begins at 6 30, with beverages and rolls provided.
