Lima memorial Hospital mourns the death of the Rev Adam David Welty 94 at his home on 329 North Central Avenue after a long illness He was born July 3 1860 near Bluffton the 17th child of Frederick and Katharine Welty and spent over 55 years aiding destitute persons through rehabilitation He formerly taught school and served his church community Funeral services were held at the Missionary and Alliance church.
