Miss Amstutz and William Williams Wed at Orrville Parsonage

Miss Mary Lou Amstutz and William Williams were married Friday at 11 AM in the Christ Evangelical and Reformed church parsonage Orrville. Rev O R Gerber presided. The couple planned a brief trip after a wedding breakfast at the Carlson home.

Gardner Antill Wedding in Wooster Reformed Church

Miss Miriam Viola Gardner and Mr James Wilfred Antill were married in Wooster Reformed Church on Saturday at eleven in the morning. Rev Elshoff officiated. The bride wore a gray suit and the groom a blue pin stripe suit. Antill recently returned from oversea duty and will work as an electrician in Urbana. The bride was a linotype operator in her father's office before the wedding.

The Woman's Society of Christian Service of the Methodist Church will gather at Mrs Jasper Gardner's home on Tuesday evening February 11 at 8 o'clock for a church group meeting.

Dalton Bulldogs Beat Mt Eaton and Orrville in Home Games

Dalton defeated Mt Eaton 57 to 17 and reserves won 44 to 17 in a Friday league tilt securing the 11th undefeated league game. Earlier at Strasburg last Saturday, Dalton reserves lost 49 to 32 but won 38 to 22 in a later non league. Dalton H S beat Orrville 35 to 30 at home as the Bulldogs led early and faced rough zone defense from the Red Riders. reserves also won 27 to 22.

Dalton Dairy Opens Modern Pasteurizing Plant

The Dalton Dairy announces completion of its new milk plant after delays from the war. The facility features modern equipment with more to come. Milk priced at 17c quart. Public invited to visit anytime.
