Obituary of Daniel E Gardner of Dalton
Daniel Edgar Gardner born near Gilmore Tuscarawas County April 29 1836 died in Dalton Ohio January 27 after ten days of illness. Survived by wife four children nine teen grandchildren and several siblings. Funeral held at South Mill Street residence with Rev W H Bryenton officiating and interment at Tippecanoe after large attendance. Relatives from Strasburg Gilmore and New Philadelphia attended.

Mrs. Cressa Weygandt, oldest resident of Tuscarawas township, died at her East Greenville home last Wednesday at age 95. Widow of David Weygandt, funeral was held Friday. Survived by daughter Mrs. J. M. Bergold of Canton, daughter Mrs. Dan Davis of East Greenville, and Bert Vantine of Canton.
