Thankgiving project by Dalton Elementary students across Kindergarten to 6th grade sent about 36 care boxes to boys serving in Vietnam. Dalton Radio Burglary Targets Store In Weekend Theft
Burglars forced open the back door of Bud Powley’s Dalton Radio Sunday night and stole about $2,000 in merchandise. They also took the cash register and discarded it behind Amstutz Electric after rifling it of about $50. An attempted entry at Amstutz’s is noted. Wayne county sheriff traced three sets of footprints and car tracks in the snow behind the two businesses.
