Community Chorus Receives Appreciation at Year End Party
The Community Chorus ended the year with a party at the Methodist church parlors attended by forty-one. After games a covered dish luncheon was served. Supt. Pake led toasts and Rev. Pinkerton presented an easy chair to Rev. Hempstead for directing the singing. Mrs. C. R. Goudy received a pink snapdragon vase for her work as accompanist.

Myron T. Herrick former Ohio governor and United States ambassador to France died in Paris at 4 10 Sunday after a brief illness of heart trouble.
