Farmers in Council Sees Alliance Hall and New Life Insurance Plan
The second annual Farmers Alliance meeting in Huron brought delegates from across Dakota to review the Hall Association finances and approve a new Alliance Aid Association offering life insurance up to $2,000. Officers elected included Alonzo Wardall as president and D S Dodds as vice president with a broad slate of directors. The sessions included speeches by J W Harden, Walter Muir, A D Chase, and B Fancher while adding a new life-insurance branch to the alliance framework.
