Inter Ocean reports from Marinette Wis say Beaver Island in Green Bay near Mackinaw Straits is ablaze with possibly all 100 residents perishing. Captain Young of the Cuba notes flames seen for miles over the fishing and lumbering community, isolation hindering timely aid.
