Victim of Shot Hag Man Jailed
John Lipas an Italian coal miner recently employed at the Perry Mines is jailed in Jefferson County awaiting county officers action. Lipas is accused by Frank Petrozzi of shooting him in October 1904 in Jefferson County resulting in the loss of a leg. Constable Waldo arrested Lipas Friday night and he was sent to the sheriff, with Magistrate Gordon committing him to jail.
