Altercation with Beer Bottle Wounds Proprietor

Thurday afternoon an altercation at a tavern led to Frank Haughan receiving a painful cut on the forehead after a blow with a beer bottle. New Missionary Arrives in City

Rev J C Killian and wife arrive at an appointment with the West Virginia Baptist General Association to serve in the eastern state end. Killian, once pastor at Aldereda, is noted as a longtime friend of Rev R B McDanel. A service tonight at the Baptist church will welcome the couple followed by a reception. They will move Saturday to Middlebourne to assist a small church there.

V A Green, former resident, died at his home in Weston at 12 o clock Thursday night. His wife arrived and he was a brother of Charles Floyd and Jamar in his city.
