State Trooper Raymond McGuire reports Charles Shatzley of Chambersburg faces manslaughter charges after a two-vehicle crash on Route 40 near Conococheague amusement park killed George W. Butler and injured four others. Butler’s wife Mrs. George W. Butler and passengers Vivian Barnhart and others were treated at Washington County Hospital. Butler died last Saturday.
