Complete plans for big parade in Alsatia Club event
The Mummers parade for Halloween, organized by the Alsatia Club, will begin at 8 PM from Prospect and Washington streets. Six divisions form the route with children in elaborate costumes leading, escorted by City Police and the Municipal Band. T. T. Cross and H. E. Fiery oversee the first division while William H. Wick and John H. Nichols lead the crowd division with the Smithsburg Band.
