Two men Alonzo Jessie 20 and John Barrett 17 both Fort Valley Georgia were held after attempting to burglarize the Pennsylvania Railroad station office at Chambersburg last night. Mail carrier Charles H Potts alerted police by restraining them at the revolver point after spotting them prying desks and a broken window.

ORTONVILLE Minn Nov 27 Several persons were injured at 5 30 am in a collision of an eastbound troop train and a Milwaukee road freight. Milwaukee road dispatcher Robert Mathis said reports to him indicated no one was killed and four or five were injured. Injuries were mainly bruises. The locomotive and a baggage car on the troop train and three or four freight cars were derailed.
