At the Washington county fall Homemakers Council meeting in Smithsburg the Huyetts and Dry Run clubs received the award of merit for best all around Homemaker club based on achievement and membership. Miss Ardath Martin presented the honor. About 190 members and friends attended the Community Hall session hosted by the Cavetown Club. Mrs. C J Wolfinger chaired the luncheon committee.
