A negro woman told Justice J. H. Bitner that her husband stopped speaking to her and would not stay at home at night after the election. She said the trouble began when she refused to vote as he directed. Post election revelry led to four Harrytown residents being arrested for drunkenness yesterday afternoon. Deputy Cushwa and State Policeman Cubbage placed them under arrest after a telephone report of a fight.
