Over 100 Washington Area Council Scouts will receive the General Eisenhower ribbon for collecting at least 1,000 pounds of waste paper each during March and April. Awards will be presented at the Camporee at Red Run Park near Waynesboro. Troop 35 of Waynesboro earns a shell container unit for meeting the 1,000 pound per scout target. several troops from Washington county and nearby towns contributed as well.
