Key to Peace is Love Says Dr Sherwood Eddy
Dr Sherwood Eddy at St Pauls Methodist Episcopal Church preached that true peace comes from love of neighbors. He called every person in the world a neighbor and urged practical Christian living to solve industrial, economic, racial, and international questions. The large congregation heard the address as part of a morning service. Mrs Iona Miller Hall sang Repent Ye. Separately Dr J N Henry of Blue Ridge College Windsor spoke at the Church of the Brethren on peace practices.
