Four persons were injured when Frank Spahr's car crashed into a telephone pole near Marion, Pennsylvania, en route to Shippensburg. Injured: W H Rhone with a cut above the eye requiring five stitches, Helen Rhone with a scalp laceration needing four stitches, Mrs. Frank Spahr with facial and body cuts, and Frank Spahr with two teeth knocked out and a cut lip. All were taken to Chambersburg Hospital and released home afterward. Causes cited include two rear tire blowouts and a locked steering gear. The car was nearly demolished in the impact.

Naval Officer Dies From Car Crash Injuries
Lieutenant D. W. Eberle died at the United States Naval Academy from injuries from an automobile crash two weeks earlier. He was riding with Lieutenant Brran H.
