New threats resume in Frederick letters to Judge Worthington
In Freerick March 23 a letter writer, same handwriting as earlier threats, renews extortion demands of 5000 to Holmes D. Maker and 300 to Judge Worthington under death penalties. The writer claims a drop point and threatens kidnapping Dorothy Worthington if demands are not met. Previous target Charles R. Robinson was released after a jail break.
