Dykstra Accepts University of Wisconsin Presidency Offer
Clarence A. Dykstra city manager of Cincinnati says he will accept the University of Wisconsin presidency and will sign a year to year contract at 15000 dollars per year. The board of regents will consider the appointment after a recommendation from the executive committee. Dykstra plans to leave Cincinnati after about six weeks and would succeed Glenn Frank who was removed in January.
