Traffic and Safety Director Proposal For Hagerstown

The plan envisions coordination with the police, shared duties for public safety and traffic control, and possible consolidation with an existing office to ease congestion. Other ideas include enlarging the safety zone at Public Square to an oval shape with trolley switches, adding a central tower signal, and a 16 week study period by committee members.
