McCrory Corp Seeks Property Transfer Under Maryland Law
The McCrory Stores Corporation filed a bill in equity asking judge to compel Frank L. Bennett as trustee under Louisa Bennett's will to convey 64 66 68 West Washington Street upon payment of capitalized annual rent not exceeding 6 percent. The lease, dated 1911, is valued at 2100 and redeemable at 35000. $35090 has been tendered. An answer from Bennett is expected soon.
