Corning Glass Works Names Three Supervisors at Greencastle Plant
Corning Glass Works announced three supervisory appointments at the Greencastle plant. Frank P. Hudson becomes plant supervisor of personnel. Neil V. Will is plant supervisor of engineering. A Kenneth Patterson is plant supervisor of accounting. The Greencastle facility plans limited operations in July with temporary office at 5 South Carlisle Street and initial warehousing of glassware from other plants.

The Canadian government prepared the views with narration describing natural resources and vast outputs of oil and pulpwood. Thomas Dwyer read the narration as Park W. T. Youth Draws Prison Term In Shooting
Judge D K McLaughlin sentenced 25 year old Cecil W Honeman to six months in the Maryland House for Correction after a Circuit Court jury found him guilty of assault stemming from a March 27 incident at Shamrock Inc in southern Montgomery County. Honeman, a Montgomery County native, drew a pistol and shot Richard Hall in the leg. The piece also notes the French Academy was established by royal order in 1635 with forty members known as The Immortals.
