Brake Test Drive Ends After Low Participation
Raymond M Peak of the Automobile Club of Maryland said the Test Your Brake Campaign ended with only 607 motorists using the free tests, far fewer than last year’s 2000 inspections. He noted 79 of tested cars had brake issues and stressed the campaign’s safety aim, not club or garage promotion. Mr and Mrs William Downey joined Mr Simon L Downey on Sunday.
