Two youths held after alleged tampering with car
Indian Springs police detained Edward Hunter and Harry Rhodes both 18 of Detroit after they were found with a Plymouth car bearing Pennsylvania tags and suspected of tampering with Roy Johnson’s automobile at 11 last night. The youths claim ownership of the salvaged car, purchased in Detroit with the Pennsylvania tags attached, arguing Michigan permits using state tags from a secondhand car.
