Legion Festival Opens With Drum Corps Benefit

The American Legion Drum Corps festival opened near Broadway and Potomac street drawing a mild crowd and promising a larger turnout tonight. The event benefits the Drum Corps with a free vaudeville show to entertain attendees. Members plan to attend the State convention in Ocean City next month.
