Yank Stripper Guilty to Hang in London Trial
An American paratrooper Private Earl Gustav Hulten from Cambridge Massachusetts was found guilty of murdering London taxi driver George Heath and sentenced to hang under British law. Onetime girlfriend Elizabeth Jones, a dancer, was also found guilty and sentenced to death despite a jury mercy recommendation.
