Pastors Lead Unity Service At Wratbington Square
A union prayer service at Wratbington Square M E Church drew a large crowd during this week’s bazaar. Speakers included Rev Dr F T Mowbray Rev G J Rifer Rev Jas Irwin and Rev J Ryder with Miss Edna Koontz on organ and A H Sherman directing. The sermon by Rev Irvin stressed brotherhood and churches standing together against a common enemy. Dr Mowbray praised the cooperation and faith of the congregations. After the service guests socialized at the decement and the bazaar continued. Tonight Mrs J E Myers Sunday School class presents a playlet on duties of a housewife and tomorrow Epworth League offers Two Girls White.
