Bester Again to Head Fair Association in Hagerstown
With only ninety one votes cast, Harry E. Bester was elected Saturday to succeed himself as president of the Hagerstown Pair Association. Andrew K. Coffman was elected vice president and other officers were chosen. The 1925 board of directors was re elected, including Elmer Corderman Thomas Smith Walter Wilson Simon Doteney J Kieffer Funk Aldine Lakin Gay McC Wolf Isaac Ankeney William Cunningham and J Forney Young. Loncelot Jacques Sr Arthur L Davheff and Charles Rinehart also appeared on the ticket but days candidates stated they were not aligned with any faction. The election, the first in years with a light vote, was attributed to bad weather and county illness. Miss Jillian Wade is ill with grippe.
