Pat Murphy, 55, formerly from Ohio, received six months in the House of Correction after pleading guilty to stealing two shotguns from Raymond Bowers’s parked car on Garlinger Avenue in early November. Edward Hoffman, 36, drew three months for receiving stolen goods. Police say Murphy gave the guns to Hoffman to pawn. weapons were traced to a local second hand dealer.
