Aged Man Hit By Auto on Jefferson Street
Harry G. Parks, 75, of 500 block Jefferson Street, was seriously injured when struck by an automobile on Jefferson near Vale at about 9 30 last night. Albert E. Kretsinger, 17, of Smithsburg Route 2, said Parks stepped into the path while Kretsinger traveled westbound. Parks was taken to Washington County Hospital with severe head and body injuries.
