Mr. and Mrs. Henry Everitt held a Wednesday butchering at their home near Clearspring. Three porkers were killed and a dinner followed with guests including Mr. and Mrs. James Hull, Mr. and Mrs. Russell Troupe, Mrs. Amos Everitt, Mr. and Mrs. Henry Everitt, and several Everitt family members among others.
