The Clearspring Chapter of Future Farmers of America formed a flower garden club with high school girls and eighth graders last spring. Thirty seven gardens are blooming though some seeds failed to germinate. A flower show is planned for fall using flowers from Mothers garden. Milton Burger Guilty on Resisting Arrest Charge
Milton Burger, 43, of Fairground Avenue, was fined $50 and costs or 60 days in jail after conviction by Magistrate Harry B. Snyder yesterday morning. Burger was arrested Saturday night by Patrolman John Lillard during a scuffle at city hall. Patrolman James Ray aided and was slightly injured. Clyde Tritsch of West Wilson Boulevard was found guilty of interfering with an officer in the same case, with no sentence imposed.
