Widow Sues for 59000 in Railroad Death
Goldie L Wyand through attorneys yesterday filed a suit against the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad seeking 59000 damages for the death of her husband George M Wyand 53 at a Brunswick rail crossing on April 7 1944. The complaint alleges Wyand driving an automobile truck was struck by a passenger train and fatally injured with the truck demolished. Negligence by the railroad is charged.
