Livingston Montana April 3 report hospital attaches that wife and baby daughter of a service man are doing well despite the fact that the birth took place unattended and that two days later the mother rode a bicycle to the hospital with the child in her arm. Mrs Elie Worley 22 did an exceptionally good job said Dr John A March who gave her surgical attention when she reached the hospital. Her baby weighed 6 pounds 10 ounces.

Army engineers plugged 2225 in the Mississippi last line of flood defense as tributaries topped all time crest records.
