Brooks with University of Washington and University of California ROTC students arrive in Juneau at 7:15 p.m. to cruise Alaskan waters, with visiting hours 2 to 4:30 p.m. tomorrow. Insurgents Stop British Steamer on Ocean Voyage
SAINT JENE DE LUZ France June 23 The British steamer Marine Moler was stopped at sea by a Spanish Insurgent armed trawler and the officers of the latter accused the captain of the steamer with carrying Spanish Government troops. The British battleship Resolution quickly arrived on the scene, the Moler proceeded and the trawler sent a hasty hurry away. The steamer has aboard 1 700 refugees from Santander bound to France.
