The phase covers main dam, saddle dam, spillway, with main earth fill dam around 1450 feet by 200 feet high, plus 2800 foot saddle dam. outlets nearing completion include a 14 by nine foot oval conduit. Clermont County Board of Mental Retardation allocates 24000 dollars for the Sheltered Workshop for 1973 as it moves to a new building at the County Service Center.
