Milford reports the nineteenth traffic death of the year after a motorcycle collision on Round Bottom Road. Ertel, 49, Clyde H. Second Sanitary Landfill Slated in Clermont County
A second sanitary landfill site in Clermont County is to begin operation this month. Russell Wuerdeman owns 182 acre Dexter White farm on Cedarville Road near Modest, half a mile from Route 727, and will operate the site. An 18 foot weather access road will be built this week and the property will be fenced to meet health board rules.

The Dan Beard Council announced record enrollment for its summer camp season ending August 15.
