White's Record Wage at Stake in 1917 Vote Leaflet

Big fox hunt set for November 5 to 7 in Kentucky Ohio

The annual fox hunting event gathers northern Kentucky and southern Ohio members for three days of sport. Entries are flowing with prizes in multiple classes and additional activities like trap shooting and beagle hunt racing. The Reed place hosts meals and closing activities. Rev Samuel Huecker Installed as Batavia Pastor

The Rev Samuel Huecker was installed as pastor of the Batavia Presbyterian Church last Wednesday evening. A large audience attended the ceremony conducted by a Presbytery of Cincinnati committee. Prof Julian Price Love led the proceedings and gave the charge to the congregation, with Dr Earl R North delivering the pastor's charge. The sermon was preached by Dr Charles S Williams, and scripture read by Rev Lewis G Ludwick. A reception followed the service. Huecker arrived from Lima in September after ten years at Market Street Presbyterian Church.

Cooper administration finances defended in Cleveland rallies

Harry D. Silver state director of finance told Republican crowds in Cleveland that the Cooper administration paid 6 3 million in bills left by the previous Democratic administration. He claimed the first year closed with all bills paid and 2 million dollars more in the state treasury than at take office.
