Union Township Homeowners Association withdraws from a third EPA pre-trial hearing on the Shaylor Run sewage system tap-in ban. They accuse the EPA of setting procedural precedents and demand enforcement of a prior agreement with Clermont County and the EPA. The group warns of continued pollution and health risks if infiltration problems are not fixed by December 31, 1975.
