Mary A Woodard filed a petition in Clermont County Court of Common Pleas Ohio seeking dissolution of marriage and alimony. Benjamin Woodard is summoned to appear at the next term starting October 1845 to plead answer or demur to the petition for divorce. Clarke & Fisher are attorneys for the petitioner.
Milford August 16 1846 Jas Simmons Jr and A H Matson announce the dissolution of the firm Simmons and Matson by mutual agreement. They request all debtors to call and settle accounts as the old concern is closed.
